Pasta with chicken…never in Italy!!!

Based on my experience of an Italian living abroad, I realiased how people regard this as  a”typical Italian” dish, I have to tell you: no one in Italy would serve such a dish. The nearest is chicken broth which is then cooked with tiny pasta pieces “pastina”, eaten as a soup and followed by a chicken main course.

So don’t ask for pasta pollo or fettuccine Alfredo…as someboby would give you the dirty look!
