Kitchen “faux pas”


To avoid culinary horrors in confronting Italian food… Never, ever, sip a cappuccino after a meal!  Espresso and cappuccino are Italy’s pride, the first is to be consumed after a meal and a cappuccino is for breakfast, ideally with a croissant. A sure-fire way to be immediately labeled “foreign” is ordering up a pizza and a cappuccino!!!!  When in Rome….
